Q: Are your receptionists based in the United States?

A: Yes. Every call is answered by real U.S.–based receptionists — never AI or overseas outsourcing.

Q: How does the pricing work? Are there hidden fees?

A: Our plans are flat-rate, meaning you pay one set monthly price — no per-minute charges or surprise usage fees.

Q: What hours do you cover?

A:
• Bronze Level: Weekends only (after-hours window)
• Silver Level: Monday–Friday 5 PM–8 AM + weekends/holidays during same window
• Gold Level: Monday–Friday 5 PM–8 AM + 24/7 coverage on weekends & holidays

Q: Do you offer 24/7 full coverage?

A: Full 24/7 coverage applies to weekends and holidays under the Gold Plan. Unfortunately Weekday business-hour daytime coverage is not available at this time.

Q: Will callers know they're speaking with an answering service?

A: Not unless you want them to. We answer using your business name and a custom greeting tailored to your brand.

Q: How do I receive my messages?

A: Messages can be delivered by text, email, or both. Daily call logs are also emailed every morning.

Q: Can you follow special instructions for urgent calls?

A: Yes. You can set priority rules, escalation instructions, and handling notes (urgent vs non-urgent).

Q: Do you handle appointment scheduling or order intake?

A: We can! Ask about add-ons for scheduling, intake forms, or additional workflow support.

Q: Is there a contract?

A: Service is month-to-month. No long-term commitment required. However in order to take advantage of our Gold Plan discount, a 12 month contract is required or you can prepay 3 months in advance to qualify for the discount. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Click the button below and submit the form, someone will contact you to help you choose a plan, and we’ll help you set up your greeting and call instructions — usually within 24 hours.
